If you've never done Yin Yoga it will leave you feeling like you've gotten a relaxing massage

Yin Yoga Class "to Die for" from 3:45-4:45 

Yin yoga is a form of yoga that involves light stretching to your ability in supported poses that are often held for several minutes. It increases flexibility and range of motion through a series of on-the-mat postures. It is set in a calm and meditative/contemplative space. Each pose cultivates inner calm and this practice will open you up to greater awareness by releasing stress in your muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia.  Props (bolster/block) are not required but can help support this practice so please bring any you may wish to use. Please bring a yoga mat. Note: Young Living essential oils will be used in the class.
